WHISTLER's real estate market saw a total dollar volume of approximately $65 Million in October in a total of 55 transactions. 23of the transactions were for condo sales, 20 were townhome sales and 8 were chalet sales. Chalet sales lead the Whistler market for dollar volume in October, with a total of over $21 Million with townhomes sales lower last month with $16 Million dollar volume in Octobersales.

Property sales in PEMBERTON brought in just over $5 Million in dollar volume in October 2019, with a total of 8 property sales. Of those,2 were chalets sales totaling $2.8Million. There was a sharp increase in Pemberton Condo sales with Dollar Volume rising from $200k in September to over $1 million in October 2019.
The SQUAMISH real estate market in October brought in a total dollar volume of just over $32 Million. There were a total of 46 property transactions reported: 16 single-family home sales matching September numbers, 29 townhome sales, and 16 condo sales. Single-family home sales made up most of the total dollar volume last month, just over $17 Million total value.
