I've updated my Westin spreadsheet showing active listings and sales. I believe that this property is UNDERPRICED. #813 is listed at $519,000. Based on the most recent sale, this suite could be priced at $555,000. The sale price per IUD has been increasing with each sale - except this suite has been listed at a May/June sale price per IUD.

The new Home Buyer Rescission Period (“HBRP”) is now in force for residential real estate transactions in the province.
The B.C. government introduced the HBRP, also known as the “cooling-off period,” as a consumer protection measure to give home buyers time to consider whether a purchase is right for them.
