WHISTLER's real estate market had a total dollar volume of approximately $105 Million in August. There were a total of 67 transactions. Of those sales, 13 were chalets, 10 were townhomes and 18 were condominiums sales.

The PEMBERTON market had approximately $12 Million in total dollar volume in July. There were a total of 13 transactions. Of those sales, 4 were chalets, 2 were townhomes and 1 was a condominium.
