Sea to Sky Real Estate Update
WHISTLER's real estate market saw a total dollar volume of $47.4 Million in January; a nice increase of 51% from the reported low dollar volume in December. There was a total of 39 transactions: 18 of which were condo sales, 9 were townhome sales and 7 were chalet sales. Chalet sales contributed the largest dollar volume with a total of $21.9 Million.

Property sales in PEMBERTON brought in just under $3 Million in dollar volume in the first month of 2019, with a total of 6 property sales. There were two chalet sales totalling $1.7 Million, 3 townhome sales totalling $1.6 Million, and 1 condo sale of $468,500.
The SQUAMISH real estate market in January brought in a total dollar volume of just under $20 Million. There were a total of 28 property transactions reported: 8 single-family home sale, 9 condo sales, and 19 townhome sales. Townhomes made up the most of the total dollar volume for the first month of 2019: $10.5 Million.
