The real estate market in WHISTLER resulted in a total dollar volume of $68.8 Million in July, an increase of 16% compared to July 2017. In a total of 50 transactions last month, there were 13 condo sales, 14 townhome sales and 12 chalet sales. Chalet sales carried the highest dollar volume for the month, a total of $28.7 Million.

Property sales in PEMBERTON brought in just over $6.2 Million in dollar volume this July. Out of 11 total property sales for the month, condo sales accounted for a dollar volume of $1.7 Million and chalet sales accounted for a dollar volume of $3 Million.
The SQUAMISH real estate market in July brought in a total dollar volume of $33 Million in July, a 22% increased compared to what we saw in June. There were a total of 15 single-family home sales, 14 condo sales, and 25 townhome sales. Single-family home sales carried the highest dollar volume for the month, a total of $17.6 Million.
