I've updated my Westin spreadsheet showing active listings and sales.  I believe that this property is UNDERPRICED.  #813 is listed at $519,000.  Based on the most recent sale, this suite could be priced at $555,000.  The sale price per IUD has been increasing with each sale - except this suite has been listed at a May/June sale price per IUD.
