Sea to Sky Real Estate Update


WHISTLER's real estate market saw a total dollar volume of $44.9 Million in February; fairly close to the numbers we saw in January. There was a total of 31 transactions: 14 of which were condo sales, 6 were townhome sales and 5 were chalet sales. Chalet sales contributed the largest dollar volume with a total of $14 Million.

Property sales in PEMBERTON brought in $6.7 Million in dollar volume in February 2019, with a total of 12 property sales. There were three chalet sales totalling $3.1 Million, 2 townhome sales totalling $1.2 Million, and 5 condo sales totalling $1.7 Million.

The SQUAMISH real estate market in February brought in a total dollar volume of just over $31M. There were a total of 37 property transactions reported: 16 single-family home sales, 6 condo sales, and 21 townhome sales. Single-family-home sales made up the most of the total dollar volume last month: $18.5 Million.
