  • You know a great detail about the Westin Resort & Spa
  • You have read all of the strata meeting minutes and are comfortable with all of the information within the package.
  • You know that the Westin is a phase 2 nightly rental zoned hotel
  • You have any financing organized so that you can make CASH offer.
  • You are comfortable making an offer as soon as we see the listing come on the market.  You may not have time to view it personally.
